Sewage Back-up

This sewage back-up was the result of a clogged floor drain. There was some discussion about whether this was the homeowner's line and problem or whether the City was responsible. We did not wait to find out, we went into action immediately. This was a huge space and required a lot of extra time and expertise.  We removed the sewage, and then power washed the floor twice because there was so much sewage.  After we cleaned the floor, we applied an anti-microbial spray to all the affected flooring. The customer was not only impressed with the clean-up but appreciated how fast we responded.
