Sewage Back-up in Basement Exercise Room

Storm season affected a lot of customers in the Ozaukee County area, but SERVPRO of Ozaukee County was here and eager to assist.

The storm water caused this finished basement's Sump Pump to overflow. It affected the entire basement. This customer's "dominant buying motive" was her exercise room that has glued down carpet. We completed our demo, disinfecting and dry out within 3-4 days. On day 5, our subcontractors were in there estimating and preparing to put everything back together starting with the exercise room first!
